Cooking Class: Handcrafted Pasta and Gnocchi From Scratch

First, you'll learn how to whip up pasta and gnocchi dough using flour, eggs and water as well as fresh potatoes. Master the technique to knead and shape the dough into your perfect pasta pieces. Plus, you'll also learn what sauces to pair them with. Use truffle oil, Parmesan cheese and fragrant herbs to craft a mouthwatering dish you're sure to want to make again.

The chef was knowledgable and very polite. We made gnocchi however we were given plastic plates and silverware to work with and our fresh gnocchi burned through the plates when we placed it down from the boiling water. I suggest updating to better utensils for future classes. The flavors were a bit simple, it would have been nice to add extra seasonings to the dish.
