Cooking Class: Elevated Pizza Night

Give your pizza party an upgrade with the recipes from this hands-on cooking class. Learn time-honored techniques to make pizza and other treats under the guidance of Chef Ben. Make a classic antipasto platter with prosciutto, cherry peppers and cheeses, the perfect snack to begin the class. Then, fry arancini until crispy served with a marinara dipping sauce. Next, you'll make homemade pizza dough and learn how to knead and shape the dough before assembling it with your choice of sauces, cheeses and proteins. Finish with a sweet almond semifreddo with caramelized apples for dessert.
