Cooking Class: Summer of Grilling

Master the art of cooking on the grill in this immersive cooking class. Chef Kevin will teach you how to transform classic recipes with an elevated twist. Begin by stuffing avocado with heart of palm and tomatoes and grilling it until tender for a savory appetizer. Serve alongside grilled Mexican street corn topped with mayonnaise, Cotija cheese, and hot chips. Then, you're practice seasoning and grilling a steak, keeping it juicy. Whip up a classic slaw for a side. Make a homemade ice cream topped with grilled fruit and a sweet caramel sauce.

Chef Kevin was wonderful and did a great job showing us how to make delicious Paella, but also explaining the reasoning for his steps. He was energetic and uplifting and highly recommended his class!
