Cooking Class: Mastering Peruvian Cuisine

Get a taste of Peru in this hands-on cooking class. Chef Jay will teach you the time-honored recipes to make this flavorful cuisine. The class begins with by making filled avocados that make up palta rellena starter. Next, simmer a classic Peruvian stew filled with Andean dried potatoes, Peruvian chili peppers, pork and chisken for a main course. Finish with an authentic dessert of Peruvian purple corn, pineapple and apples flavored with cinnamon and cloves to satisfy your sweet tooth.
