Begin with gnocchi with pancetta and corn, where you'll learn to combine pillowy gnocchi, crispy pancetta and sweet corn in a buttery sauce. Then, prepare steaks with porcini butter, where you'll sear steaks to perfection and top them with a savory porcini mushroom butter. End your meal on a sweet note with a decadent chocolate panna cotta, made with rich chocolate, heavy cream and a touch of vanilla for an irresistible dessert.
