Cooking Class: Delightful Italian Spread

Transport your tastebuds to Italy in this immersive cooking class. Chef Jay will teach you how to create comforting Italian dishes packed with rich flavors. Begin with gnocchi with pancetta and corn, where you'll learn to combine pillowy gnocchi, crispy pancetta and sweet corn in a buttery sauce. Then, prepare steaks with porcini butter, where you'll sear steaks to perfection and top them with a savory porcini mushroom butter. End your meal on a sweet note with a decadent chocolate panna cotta, made with rich chocolate, heavy cream and a touch of vanilla for an irresistible dessert.
