You'll begin by whipping up the batter for buckwheat crêpes with eggs, milk and flour. Then, fill them with savory ham and creamy Gruyère cheese. Master the technique of spreading the batter out to make a crispy and golden base for spinach and mushroom crêpes topped with a homemade mornay sauce. Finish by satisfying your sweet tooth by making signature Crêpes Suzette for dessert.
