Cooking Class: Flavorful Macarons

Discover the secret to making these beloved bite-sized treats in this hands-on cooking class. Chef Jay will teach you how to make the perfect macaron batter from scratch. Then, practice your piping techniques to make the shells. You'll whip up caramel filling with pumpkin notes and vanilla paired with the juicy cherry center for seasonal macarons. Get even more piping practice by adding the filling to the macarons and assembling these little sandwich cookies. At the end of the class, you can enjoy your decadent homemade treat.
