To begin, make a refreshing asparagus gazpacho flavored with aromatic tarragon. Next, cook a tender sea bass served with roasted red onions and topped with a rich home Maltaise sauce made with crisp blood oranges. Finish by making a decadent vanilla cream pudding for a sweet end to the meal.
