Dive into the French culinary world in this hands-on cooking class. Chef Pierre will guide you through a multi-course menu that puts the best of French cooking on display. To begin, make a refreshing asparagus gazpacho flavored with aromatic tarragon. Next, cook a tender sea bass served with roasted red onions and topped with a rich home Maltaise sauce made with crisp blood oranges. Finish by making a decadent vanilla cream pudding for a sweet end to the meal.
