Cooking Class: Cook Like the French
You'll feel like you're in an authentic French kitchen in this immersive cooking class. Chef Pierre will guide you through a multi-course meal that puts French cooking techniques at the forefront. To begin, make a cauliflower velouté made creamy with cream and milk. Then, roast trout for the main course topped with an aromatic fennel marmalade and sauce made from anis liquor. Finally, make a choux pastry from scratch for a whipped cream dessert flavored with vanilla sugar to satisfy your sweet tooth.
