Cooking Class: Prepare Picnic Fare

Begin by learning to make fresh fruit rolls with seasonal fruits and herbs, rice paper wrappers and honey yogurt dipping sauce. Continue on your course with Caprese salad skewers involving mozzarella balls, sweet cherry tomatoes, Italian basil leaves and balsamic glaze. Complete your journey through the summertime feast with sandwich skewers involving gourmet sliced meats, tomatoes, leafy greens, cheese and brioche bread.
