Under the tutelage of Chef Amy, you'll learn how to craft a zesty peach salsa with peach, onion and jalapeño. Work with yogurt and fresh cucumber and garlic to create an authentic Tzatziki sauce. Design a delectable pink beet hummus with chickpeas, beets and lemon. Finally, take home your newfound recipes and skills to amaze your friends!

My husband and I had a great time! The venue was small but very charming along with the staff. If you are looking for a new, fast, simple dish.. this is for you. Luckily the class is easy to follow along with so you can definitely try this at home. Would recommend this class!
