Dip your toe into deriving delightful dips to celebrate July as National Picnic Month during this flavorful cooking class. Under the tutelage of Chef Amy, you'll learn how to craft a zesty peach salsa with peach, onion and jalapeño. Work with yogurt and fresh cucumber and garlic to create an authentic Tzatziki sauce. Design a delectable pink beet hummus with chickpeas, beets and lemon. Finally, take home your newfound recipes and skills to amaze your friends!

This class was a bit lackluster. There wasn't a real kitchen to cook in as it was held in a bar, and the meal was so simple that it didn't feel like I learned much. We made pasta from dough, and then added pepper and cheese. The chef didn't give us much instruction or teaching besides checking on our dough to make sure it was kneaded enough. The class didn't feel worth the price to me. Still a fun thing to do with friends, but I wouldn't recommend if you're hoping to really learn anything. I would suggest instead to host a cooking party at your home and watch a youtube video on how to make cacio e pepe.
