Go on a culinary journey to Peru in this immersive cooking class. Chef Valeria will teach you the recipes and techniques to make Peruvian classics.
You'll begin the class by learning how to marinate fish with lime juice. Practice knife skills by chopping onion, garlic and cilantro. Combine these ingredients to make a traditional ceviche and add a touch of spice to give it some heat. Next, learn how to make causa, beginning with a creamy potato and mayonnaise purèe flavored with lime. Layer the potatoes with tuna, onion and vegetables for a savory dish.
