Chef Kyle leads you dish by dish through a menu custom-made to give your weekend get-together a distinctive Parisian flavor. You'll create an array of exquisite savory dishes in a collection featuring salad Lyonnaise topped with poached eggs and bacon lardons, zesty beef tartare flavored with Dijon mustard, a classic cheese omelet made decadent with Brie and creme fraiche and a charming croque monsieur with a silky mornay sauce.
MENU
Salade Lyonnaise
With warm frisée salad, poached egg, bacon lardons and croûtons
Beef Tartare
With egg yolk, shallots, capers, Dijon mustard and grilled levain
Omelette Fromage
With classic French omelet topped with Brie, crème fraiche and fine herbs
Croque Monsieur
With grilled ham and cheese, Dijon mustard, sauce mornay and petite market salad
