Cooking Class: Feast-Worthy Sushi

Take your taste for restaurant-level sushi to your home kitchen in a hands-on cooking class where sushi mastery is the chef's specialty. Let Chef Krong introduce you to traditional techniques and heritage recipes for some of the most beloved recipes in Japanese cuisine. You'll create a multi-course meal with a garlic-infused edamame starter before practicing your knifing skills as you assemble fresh, handcrafted sushi rolls filled with savory elements. You'll also prepare a spicy sriracha mayonnaise sauce ideal for dipping and bake a batch of tender miso butter cookies for dessert.

Handmade Sushi Rolls

With rice, seaweed, imitation crab meat, cucumber, avocado, carrots, Japanese mayonnaise, Sriracha and sesame seeds


Miso Butter Cookies Served With Green Tea

With butter, sugar, miso paste, egg, all-purpose flour, black and white sesame seeds
