Take a trip to the sweeter side of the kitchen with a hands-on cooking class featuring a confectionary gem, the Bourbon-infused truffle! Chef Isaiah is on hand to demonstrate expert techniques for achieving creamy ganache, in which heavy cream and dark chocolate merge in blissful decadence, with smoky Bourbon adding undeniable spirit to the party. You'll learn to whip up and shape these luxurious centers, dust them with a mix of powdered sugar and cocoa and add a swirl of chocolate decor for a stylishly gourmet finishing touch.

Chef isaiah was a total pro. He put together a great menu based on my input, arrived right on time, was very friendly and personable, and cooked a delicious (and gorgeous!) meal for our small party of 4. Our guests had a blast throughout, and he left the kitchen spotless afterwards. I’d hire him again in a heartbeat!
