Sink your hands into the dough as you absorb knowledge of how best to handcraft pasta from scratch in this immersive cooking class. Discover classic techniques for designing Italian specialties like ravioli and pappardelle. Learn to rest and roll dough to reach the perfect thickness for each type of pasta, as well as how to fill the pasta with seasoned ricotta and egg yolk for ravioli that rival even your Nona's recipe. Finally, you'll learn how to make aglio e olio sauce to accompany your freshly made pasta.
