You'll absorb the knowledge of a master chef as you prepare cheese boards with an assortment of other delectable and elegant snack foods such as pickled vegetables, nuts, dried fruit and garnish. Work with a scrumptious variety of aged and soft cheeses, as well as multiple types of cured meats. When you pull out these newfound skills at the next dinner party, your whole entourage will be impressed!

Cooking classes on Classpop! are designed to be fun, social events. Feel free to purchase wine or beer at the venue to enjoy during the class.

I loved the class and Chef Dom was very accommodating, patient and thorough. She taught me new things to help me on my journey to be a Sushi Chef. I think, in a personal level that I would have preferred a smaller class size so I could pick her brain more. She has a wealth of knowledge and experience I would have liked to tapped into.

Had a great time and learned a lot. Chef Dom is very nice taught us how to make a great sushi roll that we ate!
