Learn classic and gourmet procedures for assembling scrumptious charcuterie in this engaging cooking class with Chef Dom. You'll absorb the knowledge of a master chef as you prepare cheese boards with an assortment of other delectable and elegant snack foods such as pickled vegetables, nuts, dried fruit and garnish. Work with a scrumptious variety of aged and soft cheeses, as well as multiple types of cured meats. When you pull out these newfound skills at the next dinner party, your whole entourage will be impressed!

Chef Dom, an experienced Executive Chef and Chef de Cuisine, excels in teaching the culinary craft in an engaging manner. They are adept at training kitchen staff and maintaining an organized kitchen. They particularly enjoy imparting their knife skills and knowledge of flavor profiles to their students. With an Associate's Degree in Culinary Arts from Le Cordon Bleu and over ten years of high-profile industry experience, Chef Dom brings a wealth of expertise to the table.
