The sushi were amazing!
Chef Victoria-Lee found her love for cooking in the kitchen alongside her father. She excels at transforming traditional recipes into gourmet plant-based creations that evoke childhood memories. With summers spent in the Northeast and winters in the South, she enhanced her culinary expertise at the Auguste Escoffier School of Culinary Arts, where she graduated with High Honors in the Plant-Based Culinary program, Class of 2022.
