There's no more direct path to achieving new culinary capabilities than guided instruction from Chef Louis, and in this session, your skilled instructor will introduce you to authentic methods for making your own classic Chinese fare. From preparing wraps and tender vegetables with sweet pork and succulent chicken to assembling and cooking an array of incredible dumpling combinations, you'll have a patient hand guiding you toward success every savory step of the way.

Cooking classes on Classpop! are designed to be fun, social events. Feel free to purchase wine or beer at the venue to enjoy during the class.

Chef Louis is an experienced chef with a strong background in culinary arts and business management. He holds an Associate Degree from the Pennsylvania Institute of Culinary Arts, achieving the Dean's list four times. His extensive career includes roles as Executive Chef and Corporate Chef. He specializes in menu design, special event planning and staff training, with notable service in the US Marine Corps, where he earned multiple accolades for his culinary skills.
