In this hands-on cooking class, craft your new favorite summer salad. Under the guidance of Chef Sean, you'll prepare a peach and arugula salad and a flavorful salad dressing from scratch. You'll chop and dice peach, arugula, cucumber and watermelon radish to be the base of the salad. Then whip up a Calabrian chili vinaigrette from scratch. Mix olive oil and honey with red wine vinegar, Calabrian chili and paprika. Then, dress your salad and enjoy a sweet and spicy meal for summer.
