Start by practicing your knife skills by chopping onions, avocado, chili peppers and cilantro. Then, add a squeeze of lemon, lime and orange to add a citrus twist. Learn the proper way to prepare the Pacific shrimp and mix all the ingredients together. Serve the ceviche with corn tortillas for a fresh and flavorful snack.
