Learn to make tagliatelle as a nonna would teach in this charming and hands-on cooking class. Chef Kelsey will guide you through the traditional and gourmet processes of crafting pasta and the spicy arrabbiata sauce to go with it. While the tagliatelle mainly involves flour and eggs, the sauce will combine a variety of fresh ingredients from onions and garlic to tomatoes and chili pepper. Bring home your superb new skills to warm the scents of your kitchen and impress your guests.
