Begin the class by prepping your dumpling wrappers and getting them ready for filling. Flavor pork with ginger and soy sauce and pair it with napa cabbage to make a savory filling. Add it to your dumpling wrappers and practice the technique of folding them close. Cook them until they're golden brown and tender to enjoy your authentic homemade treat.
