With over 30 years of experience under his belt, Chef Nicolas is a passionate, motivated and enthusiastic head chef who studied in France and all across Europe honing his culinary skills. His specialties include American, French, Spanish, Mexican and Mediterranean food in addition to fresh pastries and bread dough. His communication skills and diverse background, as well as his love for seasonal ingredients, have made him a world-class culinary instructor with a contagious spirit and delicious food.
