Chef Taciana has prepared an eye-opening lesson in the customs of this robust region with dishes that represent the history of the land and its people. She'll share her secrets for crafting a classic combination of shrimp and grits, made hearty with generous helpings of white cheddar, smoky bacon, tender mushrooms and warm bell peppers.
