Learn how to make ancient Chinese-style egg rolls with an American twist in this fun cooking class with Chef Andrew. He will guide you every step of the way as you make a Philadelphia-inspired fusion of fried cheesesteak rolls.
You will enjoy your rolls with a sweet and sour honey mustard sauce. After that, lighten things up a little with traditional spring rolls filled with an assortment of fresh vegetables.
Cooking Classes on Classpop! are designed to be social events that do not require any previous experience. Guests are welcome to purchase beer to enjoy during the class.

Flavor artist and culinary extraordinaire Chef Andrew is deeply passionate about sharing his culinary skills and wisdom with others. He is constantly developing new menus and testing recipes of many ilks to showcase in his fun, exciting, and interactive cooking classes and other culinary experiences. When he's not teaching, Chef Andrew can be found creating from-scratch menus to accommodate a variety of dietary needs for patients at a rehab facility in Miami.
