Cooking Class: Homemade Artisan Pasta
You'll never want to eat boxed pasta after making it from scratch in this hands-on cooking class. Taught by Chef Florence, you'll learn the art of making homemade pasta dough from fresh ingredients. Then, roll out the pasta dough and cut it into tagliatelle shape and pair it with a homemade tomato sauce with carrots and onions. Next, for the main course pan-fry organic tarragon chicken in white wine with zucchini and shallots. Finish the meal with a decadent mascarpone mousse topped with a seasonal fruit coulis for dessert.
