Cooking Class: Potsticker Potential

After attending this cooking class with Chef Michael, you will have mastered the art of pot stickers. First, mix ground chicken with an assortment of minced vegetables like nappa cabbage, green onions, shitake mushrooms, bok choy and bamboo shoots to create the filling. Next, you will carefully prepare wonton wrappers with oil and water as needed before filling, wrapping and frying. Finally, you will make a rich potsticker sauce using soy sauce, rice vinegar, rice wine and chili oil.
