Cooking Class: Chocolates and Truffles

Learn the skills to become a master chocolatier under the guidance of a professional chef, including how to temper chocolate and perfectly package up your confections.


In this sweet and interactive class with Chef Jared, discover how to make two chocolate confections from scratch using organic ingredients: chocolate truffles and chocolate bars. After wrapping silky ganache in a chocolate shell and sprinkling sea salt on top, you'll personalize your own chocolate bar with a variety of tasty toppings.

Cooking Classes on Classpop! are designed to be social events that do not require any previous experience. Guests are welcome to purchase beer to enjoy during the class.
