Let the scents of the Mediterranean waft around you as you immerse yourself in this hands-on cooking class. With a gourmet chef to guide you, learn the secrets to crafting Mediterranean favorites. Start with green falafel with fresh hummus and pita bread, then transition to Muhammara with walnuts, red bell peppers, pomegranate molasses and breadcrumbs. Design a delectable main course of house-made merguez sausage with flatbread, including a sunny-side-up egg and green tahini. End your repast with phyllo with goat cheese and pistachios.
