Cooking Class: Design Oven-Baked Pizza

Voyage to a traditional Little Italian movie scene during this engaging cooking class. Under the leadership of a professional chef, you'll learn to make a variety of pizzas by hand - including the skill of tossing the dough in the air to ensure its quality before baking. Begin with a palate cleanser of chicory salad with walnuts, chickpeas, rainbow carrots and peaches. Craft classics like Margarita pizza, as well as some gourmet options like potato pesto garlic and Italian sausage and broccoli rabe with béchamel sauce. End your course with Italian lemon cake.
