Master the art of carbonara in this engaging cooking class. Under the guidance of Chef Manfredi, you'll learn how to make an authentic carbonara from scratch. Start by cooking rigatoni pasta to perfection. Practice your knife skills to chop guanciale or cured pork cheek, into small diced pieces. You'll then cook the savory guanciale to render the fat before whipping up an authentic carbonara sauce with eggs and Pecorino cheese. Then, combine the savory pork and handcrafted sauce with the pasta for a delicious carbonara. Finish the class by enjoying your Italian feast.
