Cooking Class: Ramen 101

Leave the frustration of having to leave home for a bowl of ramen behind and join this interactive cooking class instead. The talented Chef Peter will take you step-by-step through the art of assembling the perfect ramen feast, which will begin with gyoza. After learning how to use dumpling wrappers to make the perfect appetizer, you will prepare a classic soy-sauced-based ramen. You will conclude the experience by crafting a traditional Japanese dessert using vanilla ice cream and black sesame paste.
