Learn how to love cooking with vegetables in this interactive cooking class inspired by Asian cuisine. Your exceptional chef, Chef Maria, will guide you as you acquire new and exciting kitchen skills you can use in any kitchen to cook any meal. First, you will delicately hand-roll a traditional Filipino spring roll stuffed with cabbage, carrots and bean sprouts. Next, you will assemble a savory lo Mein featuring an assortment of fresh vegetables in a rich soy and oyster sauce before moving on to perfect a vegetable curry.

Chinese lo Mein
With lo mein noodles, vegetables, soy sauce and oyster sauce
Thai Vegetable Curry
With coconut milk, vegetables, tofu, Thai curry paste and palm sugar

With wheat flour, eggs, milk and red bean paste
