From fried spring rolls to rice noodles, you will learn how to make a collection of authentic Filipino dishes in this hands-on cooking class. Chef Maria will teach you everything you need to know to recreate this five-star menu in your own home. First, you will learn how to use delicate wrappers to roll limpiang prito stuffed with cabbage, carrots and tofu. Next, you will assemble pancit bihon by perfectly cooking rice noodles. Then, for the main event, you will make a classic dish of chicken adobo before ending the experience with a classic Filipino fruit salad.

Chicken Adobo
With chicken, soy sauce, vinegar and garlic

With fresh coconut meat, nata de coco, palm fruit, cream cheese, condensed milk, heavy cream and fruit cocktail
