In this expert-led cooking class, you will explore the intricacies of Korean cuisine. Chef Maria will guide you through a three-course meal that emphasizes flavor and freshness. This seafood spectacle begins with a classic rice ball with roasted seaweed, tuna and of course, rice. You will then learn how to make a spicy Korean fish stew with soy sauce, tofu, and gochujang to serve with a scallion pancake.
