Cooking Class: Cinco de Mayo Guacamole-Making Throw-Down

Team up with Chef Vivian and Chef Michi for an exciting, flavor-packed team-building activity! Your group will put communication, time management, and organizational skills to the test as you chop, dice, and mash your way to creating a duo of chef-approved guacamole and salsa.


After learning culinary tips from the chefs, teams will compete for the title of salsa-making champion. With a variety of ingredients like hot green chilis, tangy mango, and more, teams will craft the most innovative and delicious guacamole and salsa combinations. Judging will focus on creativity and taste, with the winning dish taking the crown. It's a fun and engaging way for your team to bond while enjoying homemade dips with tortilla chips and fresh veggies.


MENU


All necessary utensils will be provided by the chef. The venue is required to have access to sinks nearby, tables set-up to prep and garbage containers. Chefs are able to arrive a minimum of 30 minutes in advance.


Guacamole

With avocado, garlic, salt, pepper and lime


Salsa

With tomato, onion, cilantro, garlic and jalapeño

Absolutely adored our experience! It was my husband and I’s 7 year anniversary and we wanted to try something new. Chef Vivian and Michi went above and beyond our expectations from the comfort of us feeling at home in their cozy abode to their individual attention to each individual to ensure complete understanding of the process. I am So excited to make my own homemade pasta at home! We will most definitely be back to see them for more lessons!

It was a fun experience for me to learn how to make Gyoza for the 1st time. Chefs Vivian and Michi were very enthusiastic and patient. Everyone seemed to enjoy the class a lot. I love the potato salad and couldn’t help eating it nonestoppably. I had a blast!
