You'll make a homemade tomatillo salsa with cilantro and peppers to top the crispy masa and give it a sprinkle of cotija cheese. Plus, make delicious refried beans to serve on the side. You'll practice knife skills that will help you gain some confidence in the kitchen. In the end, enjoy your authentic Oaxacan feast.
