Discover gluten-free pastries with this in-person cooking class. Chef Lisa leads you in an informative session that shows you how to prepare Parisian bakes that leave gluten out of the picture. You'll prepare delicate financier pastries with their luscious layers on display, a fruit-filled clafouti featuring fresh seasonal berries, and elegant pots de crème made with dairy-free milk for a silky treat you can enjoy without compromising your dietary requirements.

Meet your chef
Chef Lisa pursued her deep-seated passion for food, cooking and nutrition by studying human foods and nutrition in college. With years of experience as an executive pastry chef at various resorts and hotels, and as a healthy eating specialist for a renowned grocery chain, she eventually launched her own culinary business. In her new venture, she guides individuals in exploring and discovering new foods, helping them improve their lives through better nutrition.
