Cooking Class: South-East Asian Cuisine
Discover the flavors of Southeast Asian cuisine in this immersive cooking class. Chef Shankari will teach you how to make four dishes bursting with traditional Southeast Asian flavors. First, make fresh spring rolls filled with lettuce, carrots, bean sprouts and rice noodles. Then, whip up a dipping sauce with peanuts, soy sauce and rice vinegar to pair with the spring rolls. Learn how to fry up the traditional pad Thai with the option to make it vegetarian or vegan. Then, make a banana dish with condensed milk for a sweet dessert to end the meal.
