Cooking Class: Prepare an Authentic Indian Dinner
Learn how to make your favorite Indian dishes in this immersive cooking class. Chef Shankari will teach you the recipes and techniques of classics, starting with pakora, made with chickpea flour, onions and rice flour. Then, make a rich butter chicken with onions, tomato and ginger. Whip up cumin rice with bay leaf to be a side for your flavorful dishes. For dessert, a sweet mango lassi with yogurt, milk and cardamom to end the meal.
