Cooking Class: Pasta With Fresh Peapods

Prepare a springtime-fresh take on traditional pasta in a hands-on cooking class that's much more than your garden variety lesson! Chef Maria is ready to share her technique for transforming eggs, flour, water and a touch of juice from ripe peas into a silky dough that becomes handmade pasta in a snap. She'll also show you how to prepare a herbed ricotta filling to make your pasta into pillow ravioli, robed with a creamy carrot and butter sauce. It's a plate filled with seasonal magic!

With fresh pasta dough, reduced carrot juice and mounted butter sauce, sliced snap peas, 

toasted bread crumbs, pea tendrils, mint, pepper, Parmesan and ricotta filling
