This was my first cooking class ever therefore I did not know what to expect. Chef Hilda made this experience incredible with her kindness, patience, and knowledge. We made delicious food that would be easy to re-create at home with accessible ingredients and showed us new ways to be better cooks at home. Overall very pleased with the experience and highly recommend her expertise.
