Cooking Class: Lost in the Taste of Latin Cuisine

Lavish in the smokiness of chicken tinga, the creaminess of queso Oaxaca, and the sweet aroma of cooked banana leaf in this hands-on cooking class. Chef Jaime has built a robust menu that highlights the traditional flavors of Latin cuisine. First, you will prepare blue corn tostada with chicken tinga, Mexican crema and everyone's favorite, cotija cheese. Next, you will make a crunchy and creamy tortilla soup before hand-wrapping tamales from scratch.

With chicken tinga, lettuce, Cotija cheese and Mexican crema


Tortilla Soup

With queso Oaxaca, and blue corn tortilla chips.


Tamal

With corn husk or banana leaf, chicken or pork or a vegetarian option


Horchata Flan

With caramel brittle
