Cooking Class: Make Classic Marinara Gnocchi
In this cooking class, you'll immerse yourself in the heart of Italian cuisine with Chef Nathan as he guides you through crafting classic gnocchi and a farm-fresh marinara sauce. You will learn the art of making gnocchi using just flour, potatoes, eggs and a pinch of salt. Chef Nathan will guide you through the traditional techniques of shaping your gnocchi, ensuring each piece is perfectly light and fluffy. But what's gnocchi without a sauce to match? Create a farm-fresh marinara sauce, by simmering ripe tomatoes with garlic, onions, basil and olive oil.

This purchase was misleading and disappointing to say the least. The description of this class stated it was in a shipping container NOT outside in 90 degree weather. I can’t be outside for too long because of horrible allergies and after waiting for the chef to setup I began to get uncomfortable. There was no handwashing station, when we walked toward the tent the Great Value (Walmart) ingredients were on display for us to see, and lastly the chef had his children with him. If you describe a cooking class as one thing, and consumers purchase for over $150 it is an absolute rip off to have the set up that was on display. We drove over an hour for date night to be disappointed. We did not stay for the class because
