Cooking Class: Plant-Based Greek

Learn to create Mediterranean fare with a vegetarian twist in this hands-on cooking class. A world-class chef will guide you through the process of designing classic Greek dishes. Begin with a traditional Greek salad with a variety of refreshing and colorful vegetables, feta and pomegranate vinaigrette. Continue with stuffed cucumber bites and a main course of Spanakopita puff pastry topped with Tzatziki sauce and involving spinach, flour, mint, dill, lemon, extra virgin olive oil, yogurt, cucumber and garlic. Complete the journey with a dessert of sweet baklava.

Traditional Greek Salad

With leafy greens, cucumber, peppers, feta, olives, tomatoes and pomegranate vinaigrette


Stuffed Cucumber Bites

With hummus, tomatoes, feta, red onion and herbs


Spanakopita Puff Pastry Topped With Tzatziki Sauce

With spinach, flour, mint, dill, lemon, extra virgin olive oil, yogurt, cucumber and garlic


Baklava

With butter, sugar, nuts, cinnamon, honey and pastry shells
