Begin your feast by preparing a bowl of vichyssoise soup made from potatoes, leeks, heavy cream and herbs. Follow it up with a flavorful blackened gulf shrimp en brochette and a refreshing Texas king ranch chicken casserole with locally sourced produce. Finish your soothing journey with a sweet peach cobbler topped with French vanilla ice cream.
