This engaging cooking class will take you on a journey to the Middle East through the fare you'll create from scratch. Recreate a zesty zeytoon parvardeh with green olives, walnuts, garlic, mint, pomegranate molasses and fresh pomegranate seeds. Then, prepare Persian stuffed peppers filled with minced beef or lamb, onions, garlic, spices, herbs and tomato sauce. Start with a cooling and refreshing tzatziki (mast or khayr), a yogurt and cucumber dip flavored with garlic, mint and salt. Experience the magic of these flavors and learn how to bring them to life in your own kitchen.
