This engaging cooking class will take you on a journey to the Middle East through the fare you'll create from scratch. Recreate a zesty zeytoon parvardeh with green olives, walnuts, garlic, mint, pomegranate molasses and pomegranate seeds. Complete the courses with a savory zereshk polo morgh with saffron rice, flavorful spices and chicken. Hone your knife skills and form cuisine from your own kitchen that sends aromatic scents wafting through the air.
