Chef Jackie was simpley outstanding! I brought my daughter and we had a terrificly warm and great conversation to appreciate each other. Jackie was very engaging and thoughtful, which we soon discovered to be how she leads herself in cooking and baking. Very practical in her comments as well, we made four Mediterranean dishes, all of them delicious. She provided constant suggestions on best-practices for food prep and home-kitchen management as well. Highly recommended.
