I'm writing to compliment the cake decorator Mikaela and let you know how pleased we were with the cake she designed for us. Mikaela did a wonderful job with the half-sheet cake we ordered for a special 80th birthday party. She decorated the whipped-cream cake, for which we requested a musical theme, with colorful, creative musical symbols, even including a musical staff with the actual notes of Happy Birthday! Everyone at the party loved the cake and asked where we bought it.
For Chef Mikaela, baking is an adventure where something sweet is always waiting just around the corner. After acquiring certification in Advanced Baking and Pastry Arts, she embarked on a sugar craft journey leading her through the cafes and restaurants of Southern California. Volunteer work helped her realize the joy of teaching, a love Chef Mikaela now shares with aspiring chefs how to create their own confections.
